Our experienced auditors are responsible for inspecting farms to ensure compliance with Animal Welfare. We source our animals from selected farms that adopt best practices when it comes to Animal Welfare ensuring that the animals meet the 5 freedoms:

• Freedom from Discomfort. 
• Freedom from Pain, Injury, or Disease. 
• Freedom to Express Normal Behavior.
• Freedom from Fear and Distress.

Only stock from Quality Assured farms is processed through our facilities. Farmers must be registered with our online system (BeefTrack and Lamb Track) which gives us a basic understanding of their farming practices,
